A Taylor Morrison Resort Lifestyle Brand - January 2021 - Present

  • Establish national communication, marketing and social media standards, strategies and branding guidelines for Esplanade communities across the United States. 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for PR partners, supporting media inquiries and press opportunities, ensuring consistent brand messaging and timely response across all channels.

  • Review, edit and approve all external resident-facing Esplanade communication and marketing collateral on a local and national level including but not limited to email campaigns, press releases, flyers, printed collateral, website content, presentations, invitations, community statements & social media content.

  • Develop and execute strategic public relations initiatives to enhance brand visibility, promote community milestones, and support new program launches.

  • Provide daily communication, marketing, public relations and general technology support to 14+ community operations teams and growing.

  • Project manage the Esplanade Magazine, including content editing and curation for 12 individual community publications (20 pages each) produced 6 times a year.
